Tyrannosaurus rex skull. Again, another obvious site. Some of T. rex's teeth were a foot long. See the tooth in the foreground? Only the curved end on the right side stuck out of the jaw. The rest is the root and was used like a handle on a big hunting knife—the root provided lots of stability so the tooth could crush bone without working loose from the jaw.
